Our staff, volunteers, and residents work together in our on-site workshops to up-cycle and renovate furniture for sale in the ReUse store.
We also craft bespoke, commissioned furniture and items.
We aim to reinforce key skills like teamwork, timekeeping, and gaining experience and knowledge to help our residents more effectively re-enter the workplace.
We collect donated paint from manufacturers and local councils that would otherwise have been incinerated or thrown into landfills. All paint is checked and prepared for resale at a maximum of £2 per litre.

Restoration & Upcycling.
Furniture items donated to Exaireo plus items sourced through our house clearance service are either repaired and restored, maintaining their originality, or alternatively renovated, adopting more modern stains, varnishes, or finishes. We also select certain items to be upcycled, giving them their own bespoke charm. All work carried out is to the highest standards by skilled and qualified members of our team.
Selecting a furniture item from our varied stock and colour matching it to suit your existing decor is a fantastic way of both owning a unique item and reducing your carbon footprint. The build quality and material use on older items is often superior to modern pieces where some hard woods are no longer available and craftsmanship has been sidelined in favour of mass production.
Visit our retail outlet to see our selection, and we'd be more than happy to discuss your options.
